Shri S P Singh has been appointed by Department of Personnel & Training Policy as a Joint Secretary through UPSC and is working with Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) since 20.09.2019 on deputation. He has further been appointed as a Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors (BOD) of National Highways Logistics Management Ltd. (NHLML), 100% owned SPV of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

Presently, he is Joint Secretary incharge of Logistics. He is also Joint Secretary incharge of Indian Academy of Highway Engineers, a training institute for highway professionals for MoRTH, BRO and State PWD.
